Job summary

Downtown Seattle Association is seeking two Transportation Specialists to collaborate across programs, assisting with customer support, data management, surveys, and outreach initiatives in downtown Seattle. The roles are full-time and onsite with applications due by the stated deadline.

The team will work across Employer Programs, Data Management, and Outreach to develop sustainable commuter solutions, represent transit services, and educate businesses on commuter benefits and policies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related employment, including client management or transportation planning.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience managing client relationships and communications.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations or trainings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop sustainable commuter programs with employers and property managers.
• Represent transit pass products, services, promotions, and policies.
• Support implementation of local ordinances and programs for compliance.
• Implement commuter surveys and reporting with businesses and managers.
• Provide timely consulting via shared communication channels.
• Maintain CRM data, perform quarterly reporting and data entry.
