The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in growing and leading a Transit practice in the Bay Area, a PE registration in California, and proven business development, client engagement, and project delivery skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional registration (P.E.) in California preferred.
• 15+ years of diversified experience growing and leading a Transit practice in the Bay Area.
• Experience in marketing, writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and grow Kimley-Horn's Transit practice in the Bay Area.
• Develop a new practice vision with autonomy, backed by national resources.
• Engage with clients to solve project problems and deliver solutions.
• Manage schedules and budgets across multiple projects.
