You will lead growth, develop business with municipal and private clients, and deliver a broad range of transportation projects with autonomy and a path toward ownership.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of transportation planning, traffic engineering and design experience.
  • Proven ability to win and deliver work in the local area.
  • Established relationships with local DOT, agencies or municipalities.
  • Strong leadership, communication and client relation skills.
  • Ability to manage projects profitably and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and lead a Transportation/Traffic practice with autonomy.
