• Ability to manage transportation projects profitably through agency specs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Kimley-Horn's Rail & Transit practice in the Reston region.
• Build and mentor staff; align resources; support client relations.
• Deliver projects profitably while maintaining high quality and schedule adherence.
• Autonomously lead strategy, business planning, and client development initiatives.
• Drive a strong business culture with integrity and transparent communication.
