Job summary

Ramos Consulting Services, now a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is actively hiring a Project Manager (Transit Systems) to lead TPSS modernization and integration across the Authority's rail network, in field or office settings.

The role requires a WA Professional Engineer license, 12+ years in traction power/TPSS, and PMP preferred. Compensation ranges from $165,000 to $190,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• WA Professional Engineer license required; out-of-state licenses considered case-by-case.

Responsibilities

• Leads TPSS modernization, standardization, and integration across the transit rail network.
• Represents the Authority in technical and contractual matters with design consultants, contractors, and OEMs.
• Reviews design submittals, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Prepares contract change orders and coordinates field inspections and documentation.
