Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business administration and/or public administration with at least 7 years of applicable field experience.
• Five years of experience with municipal, state, and/or federal agency in transit planning/management and processing documents to meet FHWA/FAA/FRA/FTA requirements.
• 5 to 7 years grant administration experience with the Federal Transit Administration.

Responsibilities

• Post award grant and contract accounting activities.
• Analyze contract reimbursements, increments, replacements and renewals.
• Analyze grant expenditure/revenue trends and assist with budget preparation.
• Reconcile City's ledger in accounting systems and manage operation within budgetary plan.
