Job summary

You will assist with reports, dashboards, and analyses, collaborate with multiple departments, and contribute to policy development and program improvements within Metro.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, synthesis and reporting of performance indicators.
• Support dashboard maintenance to improve service insights for bus operations.
• Participate in research and policy development related to operations and services.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to facilitate information sharing and improvements.
• Format data sets and perform basic statistical analyses to identify patterns.
• Support workforce analytics and coordination of actions related to personnel matters.
