Nissi Group, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Road Supervisor to oversee bus operators, ensure safety and policy compliance, and report daily activities to the Operations Manager. You will communicate job requirements, assist in accident reports, and help maintain records of service interruptions.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, CDL with passenger endorsement, and knowledge of the Raleigh area. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CDL with passenger endorsement
• 2+ year(s) of commercial driving experience preferred
• Knowledge of operational characteristics of buses
• Knowledge of the Raleigh geographical area
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to read, understand, interpret, and explain transit system operation rules, regulations, policies, phases and routes
• Basic math, writing, and computer skills
• Ability to communicate via telephone or radio with clear speech and proper ettique

Responsabilités

• Provide road supervision of bus operators and communicate job requirements and responsibilities.
• Assist bus operators in preparing accident reports and safety violations documents.
• Correct safety problems on the route/scene while documenting violations.
• Liaison between bus operators and clients during customer service issues.
• Evaluate and monitor bus operator safety and performance.
• Assist safety personnel with DOT/FTA compliance and recordkeeping.
• Assist in dispatching, clerical tasks, and other related duties.
• May assist with bus operator tracking system for performance evaluations.
• May assist emergency and/or law enforcement in emergencies.
• Investigate and respond to complaints.
• Review complaints with bus operators; conduct interviews, pull videos, and investigate to respond to DDOT.
• Maintain records on service interruptions, bus changes, and other reports.
• Investigate, prepare, and record reports on accidents or incidents with evidence collection.
