• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Assign daily work and oversee completion of daily tasks; provide technical guidance to employees.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate service criteria; participate in policies and program improvements.
• Receives, researches, evaluates, and resolves complaints and inquiries.
