Job summary

Via Sarasota is seeking a Service Supervisor for Breeze Plus operations. You will supervise drivers, train staff, and support riders while de‑escalating issues and managing incidents. You may also serve as an Operator when needed, leading by example and ensuring excellent customer service for our riders.

This is a shift‑based, in‑person role in Sarasota, FL, requiring flexibility for evenings, Saturdays, and extended hours as needed. Safety and rider satisfaction are core priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in transportation services or similar, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further transportation/logistics education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver performance, provide feedback, and coach for service quality.
• Develop and implement training for new hires and ongoing driver training.
• Handle customer service issues, resolve complaints, and promote rider satisfaction.
• Prioritize operational issues as the real-time contact and implement solutions.
• Respond to accidents/incidents and manage safety protocols on scene.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale operations and tooling.
• Safely operate lift-equipped vehicles and assist riders with mobility aids.
