Job summary

Keolis is seeking a Dispatcher for Microtransit CONNECT - MVTA to manage a fast-paced operations environment in Minnesota. You will oversee driver readiness, credential verification, and real-time communications to ensure on-time performance and passenger information flow.

The role requires CDL with passenger endorsement, VTT certification, and experience with dispatch software. You will coordinate detours, incident handling, and customer service delivery, maintaining safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ radio and/or window dispatch experience.
• Valid MN CDL with air brake and passenger endorsements.
• Current Verification of Transit Training (VTT) certificate.
• Knowledge of transportation dispatching software is desirable.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspection of drivers to ensure proper uniform and credentials.
• Proficient computer use and ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
• Complete Keolis’ driver training program.
• Notify Keolis and ECCTA staff of unusual service delays via email.
• Post route information about disruptions across digital channels.
