Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license (minimum 3 years)
• Must obtain MN CDL class B with passenger endorsement
• Clean driving record – DMV printout for last 10 years
• Stable work history required

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and ensure customers feel welcome
• Communicate effectively with passengers, especially during service disruptions
• Assist passengers with information such as schedules and guidance
• Operate vehicle safely and in compliance with ADA policies and procedures
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects
• Adhere to route schedules, deadhead routing, and revenue service routes
• Report any safety incidents to dispatch per procedures
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of vehicles and comply with safety management system
