Job summary

Keolis Commuter Services in Reno, NV seeks a seasoned Operations Supervisor to lead a driver group and oversee safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will manage 30–50 drivers, address absenteeism, and ensure compliance with transit regulations while driving continuous improvements in service quality and safety culture.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in supervision, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a Class B CDL with P endorsement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing frontline employees with accountability for safety and performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Theories, principles, and practices of transit operations.
• Applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations regarding transit operations.
• Vehicle operations and safety.
• Principles of training and development.
• Must currently hold or obtain a Class B Commercial Drivers License with P endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for driver group safety performance and safety governance.
• Lead a driver group of 30-50 and manage absenteeism.
• Review event video and conduct field supervision of drivers.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and deliver driver scorecards.
• Foster a customer-oriented culture and respond to customer comments.
