Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to facilitate meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Daily Dispatch Coordination: ensure drivers and monitors are prepared with routes, student information, and vehicle assignments.
• Coaching & Development: provide real-time feedback and ongoing coaching to reinforce safe driving practices and compliance with MN DOT, FMCSA, and FTA regulations.
• Training & Onboarding: assist in onboarding new hires and lead training sessions on safety, technology systems, and operational expectations.
• Employee Engagement: foster a positive, people-first work environment through recognition, open communication, and support.
• Conflict Resolution: act as a trusted resource for employee concerns, encouraging transparency and collaborative problem solving.
