Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational management experience in Paratransit or Fixed Route transportation.
• Licensed Class B driver (with Passenger and Air brakes endorsements).
• Bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of drivers and oversee SOP development.
• Be the main contact for clients, attending meetings as needed.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate effectively with the team.
• Hire, train, and develop the staff including drivers and managers.
• Maintain relationships within the local team for employee retention.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent

MBA preferred
