Job summary

A leading mobility company in Bourbonnais, Illinois, is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations and manage driver teams. This role involves strategic thinking and robust decision-making to improve performance and ensure compliance with established procedures. Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Operations Management.
• Licensed Class B driver with Passenger and Air brakes endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of drivers and ensure compliance.
• Serve as main contact for clients.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate them to the team.
• Oversee new driver hiring and training.
• Conduct work area inspections and accident investigations.
