• Strong knowledge of budget, grant management, and information systems; supervisory experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Department Director in administering county public transit finance and budgeting.
• Leads formulation and preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Provides strategic direction for funding sources and ensures grant contract compliance.
• Directs financial performance audits and reports to leadership.
• Manages staff and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
