Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years supervisory or management experience in passenger transportation.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Familiarity with transit operations regulations and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations management.
• Provides strategic planning and direction to operations staff.
• Manages contract compliance.
• Shared responsibility for scheduling, performance evaluation, and staffing for facility management staff.
• Other duties as required.
