Responsibilities

• Create reporting tools to support operational decision-making and improve bus performance.
• Develop and enhance applications to streamline workflows of Bus Command Center Supervisors.
• Validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Document processes and map workflows to support digital transformation efforts.
• Analyze bus service performance trends and identify operational issues using available data.
• Support user testing and feedback collection for digital tools used by staff.
• Prepare presentation materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
