Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, economics, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economics, management, or program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in responding to complex confidential inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Support Employee Availability Unit initiatives by contributing research, analysis, and process improvements.
• Interface with EAU staff in-person and via electronic communication, ensuring clear guidance and timely follow‑up.
• Identify and analyze trends and root causes related to employee availability and ensure compliance with Civil Service Law sections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across IOD, FMLA, Sick Long Term, and Sick Substantiation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and ensure documentation meets standards.
• Ensure accurate and organized documentation supporting leadership decision-making.
