The Assistant Transit Management Analyst supports the Employee Availability Unit (EAU) within the Department of Subways, which includes the IOD, FMLA, Sick Long Term, and Sick Substantiation teams. This role helps ensure efficient implementation of established procedures and ongoing initiatives across all four EAU areas. The analyst will work closely with supervisors, divisional leadership, and staff at all levels, providing critical analytical, operational, and administrative support that contributes to improved employee availability processes and overall organizational effectiveness.
