• Eight years of related experience with one year in lead/supervisory role.
• Progressive responsibility in bus/operations, public safety, or related field.

• Oversee performance and attendance of Bus Operators, Dispatchers, and Instructors.
• Recruit, coach, discipline, and develop staff as needed.
