Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a fleet management company.
• Extensive hands-on mechanical experience with strong diagnostic aptitude.
• Experience with Ford, GM, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and perform vehicle repairs.
• Manage preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, federal, state, and local regulations.

Skills

Knowledge of DOT regulations for medium and heavy-duty vehicles

ASE Certification as a Master Automotive/Truck Technician

Strong mechanical experience

5 years experience in transportation

Strong verbal and written communication skills
