• Manage financial aspects of planning contracts and fiscal reports.
• Process invoices in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Prepare reports and correspondence related to project claims and expenditures.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of transit grant expenditures.
• Assist with quarterly regulatory reporting (FTA Milestones, Federal Financials).
• Process TransLease payments and maintain transaction records.
