Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking an Employee Services Associate in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, to support employees transit to our Alaska shore plants. The role blends logistics, admin tasks, and warehouse support, with a flexible schedule and teamwork across People Operations and Warehouse teams.

You will coordinate ground transportation, lodging, meals, and travel logistics, while maintaining inventory accuracy and vendor relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• One year experience in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• At least one year experience in warehouse, logistics or related position.
• Ability to be flexible on schedule; nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Dutch Harbor People Operations team in meeting employees or contractors transiting through Dutch Harbor and providing ground transportation service.
• Ensures overnight lodging is secured and check-in is successful.
• Assists with rebooking flights and transportation between airport and housing.
• Provides meals, incidentals, and other support to employees and contractors during transit.
• Maintains effective communication by phone, text/app, and email in a fast-paced environment.
• Delivers friendly, respectful service to employees, contractors and visitors.
• Provides or facilitates general administrative support, including invoicing and travel manifests.
• Maintains vendor relationships and inventory control.
• Loads/unloads containers and uses warehouse equipment for proper storage.
• Operates warehouse management equipment and scanners to ensure accuracy.
