Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking an Employee Services Associate based in Dutch Harbor to support employees transiting through Alaska. You will assist with ground transportation, lodging, meals, and travel logistics while coordinating with the Warehouse and Logistics teams.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This position reports to the Manager, People Operations in Dutch Harbor and offers a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
One year experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
At least one year of experience in warehouse, logistics or a related position.
Ability to be flexible with schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent Trident’s Dutch Harbor People Operations team in facilitating ground transportation for employees and contractors.
Arrange overnight lodging and ensure successful check-in.
Assist with flight rebooking and transportation logistics as needed.
Provide meals, incidentals, and other support while transiting Dutch Harbor.
Communicate effectively via phone, text/app, and email in a fast-paced environment.
Provide friendly, respectful service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
