Gordon Food Service in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a Class A CDL transit driver. This role requires a Doubles (T) endorsement and a minimum of two years of driving experience, with a clean DOT record.

You'll work Sunday through Thursday starting between 6:30pm and 7:30pm, with pay ranging from $90,000 to over $110,000 annually, plus per-day and per-trip components and robust total rewards. Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL license at hire.
• Doubles (T) endorsement required.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience with class A.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service.
• Must be registered through the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a CDL A transit driver servicing designated routes.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Connect trailers, perform pre-trip inspections, and handle pay per day/trip tasks.
• Maintain timely communication and accurate paperwork.

CDL A Transit Driver - Doubles Endorsement Required

Location: 188 Memorial Dr, Shrewsbury MA

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday Start time between 6:30p-7:30pm & work until finished

Pay: Our drivers annual pay ranges from $90K to over $110K!

Component Pay: Pay per day and per trip

Does this look like you?

• At least 21 years of age
• Class A CDL License at hire
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience with your class A
• Doubles (T) endorsement required
• Must be able to push and pull up to 50lbs (connecting trailers)
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork and follow verbal instructions)
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
• You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020.
