• Rail certification within 60 days for Streetcar division.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service, answer phones, respond to inquiries, and take messages.
• Schedule transportation and personnel to meet service needs; assign drivers and communications.
• Dispatch calls and information to field personnel and coordinate work crew activities and schedules.
• Maintain and monitor dispatch equipment and records; log activity and prepare reports.
