Job summary

WeGo Public Transit in Nashville is seeking an Access Dispatcher/Controller to manage day-of-service operations, reschedule trips, monitor on-time performance and resolve customer issues while following SOPs and WeGo protocols. This in-office role collaborates with in-house staff and drivers to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will enter data, coordinate with teams, handle operator problems, and communicate with operators, customers and providers to maintain high service standards.

• Address and resolve operator problems in real time.

• Monitor on-time performance and ensure routes have coverage.
• Reschedule trips due to breakdowns, accidents, or shortages.
• Communicate with operators, customers and providers to ensure timely service.
