Job summary

PSTA (Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist riders by phone and in person, delivering accurate information about routes, fares, and policies. You will support customers at the call center and Front Desk, ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities include processing fare products, providing Mobility on Demand details, citing routes, and handling complaints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with customer service training.
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and provide detailed information about using the PSTA bus system.
• Process and sell Flamingo fare cards and other discounted fare products.
• Provide accurate routes, schedules, and Mobility on Demand information to customers.
• Document customer complaints and route them to the appropriate department.
• Stay informed about service changes and communicate with the Transportation Department.
• Cover Front Desk duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
