Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily first and second shift activities of the Transit Control Center.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage staff performance and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, emergency response, and reporting processes.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and training needs; monitor overtime.
• Supervise 5–6 TCC Supervisors and 5 Associate Communications Specialists.
• Coordinate police dispatch, information services, and communications teams.
• Guide training programs and conduct performance reviews.
