Job summary

RINA is seeking an Asset Management Lead in Chicago to drive TAM activities, interface with design, construction, and client teams, and ensure assets are identified, documented, and transferred to the EAM system in compliance with FTA standards.

The role requires experience in asset management, governance, and large infrastructure projects, with a focus on data accuracy, QA/QC, and turnover deliverables. Excellent collaboration across disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or transit projects.
• Minimum 5 years managing asset information on major transportation projects.
• Experience delivering owner turnover documentation.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management systems.
• Experience with large infrastructure databases.
• Strong understanding of configuration management principles.
• Proven leadership with data governance and cross-functional coordination.
• Rail transit systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Management Program: develop plan, procedures, and dashboards.
• Coordinate asset identification, tracking, verification, and turnover to EAM.
• Assist SMEs with predictive maintenance calculations and data validation.
• Manage asset data governance and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate asset hierarchy development and monthly submissions.
• Ensure asset information meets client data fields and metadata requirements.
