Job summary

Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking an Associate Transit Management Analyst to support the Defect Reduction Program by maintaining the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system for subway, bridges, and related infrastructure. You will manage defect data and develop dashboards to drive data-informed decisions across MOW Engineering.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly defect reports, vent defect analyses, dashboards, and data models using Excel and Power BI.
• Support data integration from field inspections and consultant reports in EAM.
• Troubleshoot EAM system issues and improve data workflows.
• Provide updated defect lists from the EAM database.
• Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and EAM leadership on data governance and defect quality.
• Close defects in EAM promptly after repairs for current summaries.
