Qualifications

• 3+ years as Military Police, Corrections Officer, Armed Security, or similar.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Armed Guard Card/License.
• DD214 with Honorable Discharge or equivalent Police/Corrections training.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• 21+ years old; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Criminal history considered per applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services to riders, visitors, employees, and contractors by following site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with transit personnel, emergency services, or law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of transit facilities and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and document incidents and hazards.
• Maintain firearm qualifications and comply with laws and Allied Universal policies.
