Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; 12 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree, 16 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with and understanding of the A&E industry focusing on client development and emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies to increase market share for a large office or division.
• Lead and participate in BD activities and client-focused initiatives with senior leadership.
• Collaborate to implement Sophisticated Planning Approach (SPA) and SSA processes.
• Develop strategic plans with national resources to define growth goals.
• Strengthen relationships with clients and external influencers at all levels.
• Identify recruiting needs and leverage networks to bring top talent.
• Contribute as client service leader or pursuit champion when needed.
