Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversees administrative functions of the Transit Department and ensures processes meet County policies.
• Manages Transit payroll activities and tracks employee leave in the payroll system.
• Processes invoices using Tyler Munis and coordinates with Finance for payment processing.
• Coordinates procurement documents, contracts, routing forms, and submittals to CDOT/FTA as applicable.
• Prepares Transit Board materials, coordinates monthly meetings, and maintains website updates.
