Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors lab tests per protocols; adjusts workflow to complete work timely.
• Maintains, calibrates, and repairs laboratory instruments; recognizes malfunctions and applies corrections.
• Performs quality control and assurance; addresses QC results and corrective actions as needed.
• Collects and labels specimens; draws from newborns to adults per protocol.
