Werfen seeks a Clinical Applications Manager (CAM) for Transfusion to lead and develop the Southeast/Mid-Atlantic region. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, installed base management, and revenue growth through direct supervision of seven Application Consultants, training, and clinical support.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of clinical experience, and strong project management, communication, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor seven Application Consultants in the geographic territory.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction and revenue growth in the installed base.
• Plan, organize, and monitor staff activities and productivity.
• Provide pre/post-sales support and clinical education.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ISO policies.
• Forecasts and monthly management reporting.
• Manage expenses within the area.
