Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon in Temple, TX, seeks an Evaluator responsible for electrical testing and evaluation of transformers. You will ensure safety, quality, and compliance while documenting findings with tests, photos, and drawings for fabrication options.

Requirements include HS diploma or GED, 1–3 years transformer or field experience, basic MS Office skills, and OSHA10 preferred. This on-site role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• 1-3 years transformer experience preferred.
• 1-3 years mechanical/electrical field experience preferred.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.
• Proven safety excellence is required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to work in a team and meet evaluation goals.
• Compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate electrical testing and evaluation of transformers.
• Document findings with measurements, photos, and drawings.
• Maintain inventory thresholds and perform virtual warehouse transactions.
• Partner with other departments on evaluation results.
• Provide reporting and data metrics to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workstation.
• Complete required safety training and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
