Aufgaben

• Provide and direct Speech Therapy services to patients, including assessment and treatment.
• Conduct screenings and data collection for treatment planning.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with goals.
• Coordinate treatment with patient, family and team.
• Monitor and modify interventions based on physician orders.
• Instruct patients and families in use of augmentative communication devices.
• Participate in discharge planning and home/community programming.
• Document assessment results and treatment records.
• Supervise students and volunteers per state regulations.
• Pursue ongoing continuing education.
• Record indirect and billable treatment times; submit statistics.
• Comply with infection control and OSHA standards.
• Assist with Quality Assurance programs.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
