Job summary

KIPP Massachusetts is seeking a K-12 Occupational Therapist for an immediate full‑time role serving students in Lynn, MA. This role spans elementary and middle school settings, focusing on OT goals, data collection, and collaboration with families and teachers to support students’ functional skills and academic readiness.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in OT, MA or OTA licensure, NBCOT certification, and proven experience with IEPs/504s in a school environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• MA license from the Board of Allied Health or a valid OTA license.
• Certification by NBCOT is required.
• Experience in school-based OT with IEP/504 knowledge.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create occupational therapy session plans.
• Report quarterly progress for students with IEPs.
• Take data during occupational therapy sessions.
• Run individual and small‑group OT sessions.
• Support self‑care skills aligned with OT goals.
• Consult for students in general and special education.
• If OT, complete student evaluations.
