• Assists in recruitment, selection, retention, evaluation, promotion, and assignment of personnel.
• Provides instructional leadership to meet student needs and accreditation requirements.
• Leads improvement of student achievement through collaboration and site plans.
• Coordinates professional development aligned to site needs.
• Ensures implementation of state standards and district policies and procedures.
• Manages budgets, requisitions, receipts, and records for instructional needs.
