Job summary

Maximus seeks a Business Analyst to drive large child welfare system modernization efforts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of business analysis, requirements elicitation, or system modernization experience.
• Experience documenting business and functional requirements, use cases, and test artifacts.
• Knowledge of child welfare requirements (CCWIS, IV-E, IV-B) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting project activities for various projects.
• Analyze complex data and identify patterns, actions, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with technical staff to understand requirements and processes.
• Conduct market research and understand trends.
• Create functional specifications from business requirements.
• Interact with client managers and stakeholders.
• Support traceability between objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare client-ready documentation and status updates.
