Pinnacle Executive Search Co. is seeking a transformational VP of Accounting to lead and elevate the company’s accounting function from North Dallas.

The role reports to the CFO and focuses on people, processes, and systems transformation across a multi-plant, distributed operation. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in accounting leadership, CPA, and a track record of driving improvements, audits, and complex financial reporting under US GAAP.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a VP+ role.
• Proven success managing external audits and complex US GAAP reporting.
• Experience across software/SaaS, manufacturing, distribution.
• Ability to drive process improvements and implement technology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead accounting function and strategic direction with CFO.
• Oversee audits, external reporting, and GAAP compliance.
• Manage daily accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and tax compliance.
• Drive process improvements and internal controls across accounting.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize systems like NetSuite.
