Job summary

Aon is seeking the North America Totalis Chief Operating Officer to unite Affinity Programs and MGA under a single specialty underwriting and programs platform. You will shape the operating strategy with senior leaders and drive transformation initiatives to enable future growth.

You will lead the design of scalable operating models, governance and performance frameworks, ensuring risk, compliance and client experience are prioritized across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operations, transformation or shared services in a large, sophisticated org.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgets and investments.
• Track record turning strategy into scalable operating models and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation, integration or tech-enabled change programmes.
• Exceptional leadership and ability to align senior executives across functions.
• Experience leveraging technology, automation, data and AI to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Experience in MGA space and digital distribution of insurance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-year operational strategy aligned to growth and profitability.
• Build and continuously improve operating model across people, processes, technology and partners.
• Partner with finance, risk and compliance to drive operational excellence and simplify workflows.
• Lead large-scale transformation, integration and change initiatives with executive sponsorship.
• Support acquisition integrations, programme launches and platform expansion.
