Job summary

AON PLC is seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer for the Totalis Specialty Group in North America. You will guide strategy, transformation, and scalable operating models across a growing, integrated specialty underwriting platform.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive efficiency, governance and growth across North America. You will lead large-scale programs, manage complex integrations and ensure regulatory compliance while building high-performing teams and an inclusive

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operations, transformation, or shared services in a large, sophisticated organization.
• Track record translating strategy into scalable operating models and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with MGA space and digital distribution of insurance programs.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgets and investment priorities.
• Leadership with ability to influence senior executives and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-year operating strategy aligned to growth, profitability, and risk objectives.
• Lead operating model across people, processes, technology and partners; drive governance and performance.
