You will translate complex technical information into accessible learning content and support change management initiatives under the Director of Organizational Change Management.

You will deliver diverse training formats, support train-the-trainer programs, manage LMS content, and coordinate SMEs across departments to ensure effective learning during Agile

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in training coordination or delivery.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and translate concepts into practical learning materials.
• Strong facilitation skills for large and small groups, in-person and virtual.
• Experience with LMS platforms, including uploading content and tracking completions.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop training strategy, content, and learning paths aligned to new systems and processes.
• Deliver training across onsite, virtual, instructor-led, and hands-on formats.
• Coordinate SMEs and train-the-trainer programs to reinforce learning.
• Manage training logistics, communication, and LMS administration.
• Collaborate with project teams to align training with changes and release timelines.
