Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced training leader to drive large-scale transformation for federal agencies. You will guide teams and translate strategic objectives into actionable, human-centered training programs that enable adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

You will leverage SAP/S/4HANA project experience, WalkMe tools, and analytics to design effective learning journeys and ensure measurable impact for mission-focused clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years’ experience in 3 or more of the listed areas.
• 3+ years as Training Lead on SAP (S/4HANA) greenfield transformation.
• 2+ years with WalkMe DAP and/or WalkMe Learning Arc.
• Hands-on experience configuring a digital adoption platform (e.g., WalkMe DAP).
• Strong eye for instructional design quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs for agencies focusing on alignment, ability, and adoption.
• Develop human-centered training strategies for the digital world.
• Translate strategy and objectives into holistic training programs.
• Design training strategies for the future of work and new ways of working.
• Lead a team of high-performing training developers to execute the strategy.
• Demonstrate experience leading training work for SAP/S4HANA greenfield transformations.
• Utilize WalkMe DAP and related tools to drive adoption and learning.
