Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Strategy Execution & Change Lead for North America to guide change management and transformation best practices across large cross-BU initiatives, partnering with executive leadership to deliver measurable value.

With 7+ years in strategic initiatives, you will design roadmaps, lead governance, and ensure adoption of new operating models, while advancing Transformation as a Service and aligning initiatives with our growth agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in change management, corporate strategy, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record in large transformations and strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Articulate complex insights and strategies to executive leadership.
• Organize quarterly business reviews with senior leaders.
• Deploy Transformation as a Service and change management capabilities.
• Develop multi-level change management plans with stakeholders.
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams and drive KPIs.
• Design execution roadmaps and operating models for transformations.
