Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Strategy Execution & Change Lead for North America to drive transformation and value creation across large cross-BU initiatives. You will lead change management implementations, work with executive leadership, and expand Transformation as a Service while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires 7+ years in change management, corporate strategy, or digital transformation, with a strong track record in delivering high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, corporate strategy, business operations, or digital transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in operations, strategy, and implementing large strategic transformations.
• Exceptional leadership and critical thinking, problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Articulate complex insights and recommendations to executive leadership; prepare persuasive presentations.
• Organize and facilitate quarterly business reviews with executive leadership.
• Deploy repeatable transformation and change management capabilities across initiatives.
• Develop multi-level change management plans and engage stakeholders.
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams and drive timely delivery of KPIs.
• Design execution roadmaps and operating models for transformation projects.
